What makes us unique?
CSCRC has taken an effective toll in developing proactive relationships with government and municipalities to recover abandoned shopping carts. This effort not only is a benefit to each municipality, but also to CSCRC's customers by minimizing or eliminating impound fees. The company is currently contracted with a multitude of several cities and counties throughout the Southland and Las Vegas Metro. They include the following: Alhambra, Arcadia, Azusa, Downey, Long Beach, Monrovia, Monterey Park, Norwalk, Orange, Oxnard, Paramount, Pomona, Ontario, Pasadena, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Ventura, Corona, Torrance, Tustin, Westminster, Victorville, San Juan Capistrano, West Covina, North Las Vegas, Norwalk and Clark, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

CSCRC is also available to cities and counties for special projects and problem area sweeps.

A Management System for Optimum Performance
Operating 365 days a year, CSCRC is administered by a Board of Directors and Operations Committee comprised of highly experienced members within the grocery and retail industries. It's dedicated staff of 13 includes six full-time investigators and a Director of operations overseeing daily field operations, thus, ensuring a high quality of service to a widely diverse customer base.

125 Grids in full Operation
Servicing Southern California, from Santa Maria to the North and the Mexican border to the South, and East to the Apple and Coachella Valleys, the region is presently divided into 125 geographical areas, called grids, that are currently serviced by seven contractors. Each grid is serviced by a minimum of one driver employed or subcontracted by the Contractor. Currently, the Southern California grid network generates in excess of 8,000 deliveries each week.

The Las Vegas Metro is divided into six grids, serviced by one contractor, and generates almost 700 deliveries per week.

CSCRC is presently conducting extensive research on the viabilty of expansion into Northern California and other Western states.

CSCRC, as well as all its Contractors, are licensed and fully insured. A high-tech communications network enables all components of CSCRC management to be in instant contact with all its Contractors.

Who can join?
The shopping cart retrieval program is available to any retailer, including all supermarkets, mass merchandisers, department stores, home improvement stores and drug stores.
